1 How did you first get introduced to your craft?

My mom taught me how to knit when I was 8 years old and I have knit ever since.

2 What type of patterns do you enjoy designing the most?

I like designing heirloom-type designs such as long robes knit with 4-ply cotton.

3 What are you most known for?

Designing baby and doll knitting patterns.

4 How do you jump-start your creativity?

I am always thinking up new designs and I even dream about designs! I always keep a notepad by my bed to do a quick sketch.

5 What season inspires you the most?

I must say I don’t have a favorite as I enjoy thinking up designs for all the seasons.

6 On average, how many new patterns do you design each year?

About 15-20 for my website and about 10 exclusive designs for customers.

7 Is there another craft you’d like to try your hand at?

I would love to do dress making and also crochet, but I don’t have the time.

8 What is your favorite way to spend a Sunday afternoon?

Making a nice meal, spending quality time with my family, and of course, knitting.

9 What three items do you always have in your craft bag?

Mmmm … hard question as I have loads in there! But if I had to pick three, it would be a notebook, wool and knitting needles.
