Continue exploring e-PatternsCentral.com by clicking on the links in the top navigation bar or by using the search tools we've provided. Enter a keyword in the search field and click "Go" to perform a search. Remember these helpful tips when searching:

Search with synonyms to improve results.
If a keyword search provides only limited results, try substituting terms that mean the same thing.
Spelling counts!
If you can't find what you're looking for, check your spelling. While spelling counts, capitalization doesn't matter.
Watch spaces between words.
Be sure to place a space between keywords so we can see exactly what you're searching for. If you're not sure about spacing, perform separate searches for each of your options.
One search at a time, please.
Our search works best when you pose only one search question or phrase at a time. If you're looking for information on afghans and sweaters, perform two different keyword searches.

1 How did you first get introduced to your craft?

My mom crocheted, and later on as an adult, my neighbors crocheted - both piqued my interest and desire to learn.

2 What type of patterns do you enjoy designing the most?

I love designing almost any home décor item in thread, be it hats, fans, angels, doilies, etc.

3 What are you most known for?

Right now I'd have to say crinoline girl doilies.

4 How do you jump-start your creativity?

I really don't have any rhyme or reason -- it can come from a customer's suggestion to viewing a catalog.

5 What season inspires you the most?

Autumn -- I love the fall colors and expectation of the upcoming holidays.

6 On average, how many new patterns do you design each year?

Around 50.

7 Is there another craft you'd like to try your hand at?

Quilting.

8 What is your favorite way to spend a Sunday afternoon?

Crocheting, reading, or working on my Web site.

9 What three items do you always have in your craft bag?

Design WIPS, scissors, and my favorite size 8 (hand-me-down) steel hook.
