1 How did you first get introduced to your craft?

It was my mom who introduced me to knitting when I was a little girl. Then I started exploring more advanced techniques and got into crocheting. I love to combine both of them!

2 What type of patterns do you enjoy designing the most?

I like to create women's fashion accessories, bags and purses, and children's fashion.

3 What are you most known for?

Customers enjoy my collars, scarves and knit bags.

4 How do you jump-start your creativity?

Ideas keep attacking me from all around! I just can't chase them away. Seriously though, nature is always a great inspiration with its unique shapes and simple beauty, as well as ancient cultures like Native American, pre-Columbus or Celtic.

5 What season inspires you the most?

Every season is inspiring in its own way.

6 On average, how many new patterns do you design each year?

I create a lot of new designs each year but only few of them end up as actual patterns because many of my works are freeform and therefore difficult to describe in a pattern.

7 Is there another craft you'd like to try your hand at?

Yes! There are many techniques I’d still like to try, like macramé, embroidering and felting.

8 What is your favorite way to spend a Sunday afternoon?

I love to spend every free moment with my family.

9 What three items do you always have in your craft bag?

Knitting needles, crochet hook and some yarn.
