This easy-to-make purse is sure to become a fast favorite! The 1"-wide x 18 3/4"-long double straps are designed to be carried or worn over the shoulder. Fusible fleece is placed between the outside of the purse and the lining, which makes it a sturdy cushioned bag. Use your favorite fabrics to create a new purse for each season -- or event!
