Technique - Knitting

This ingenious one-piece construction begins at the baltic trim (instructional video link included) and is knit down to the sassy ruffle. Stitches are then picked up from the other side of the trim and worked up to the shoulders, ending with a three-needle bind-off.

Size: Includes 6 months through 6 years. Made with fine (sport) weight yarn, size 6 (4mm) 16" circular and double-pointed needles and size 7 (4.5mm) 16" or longer circular needles.
