I Love this site, it has everything I need for my quilts and amazing patterns. My only concern is I purchased several patterns and when I try to download them I receive an error message that file could not be downloaded. I've tried all of the trouble shooting recommendation. Do you have any other suggestions?

Please put the actual measurements for the sizes mentioned for your patterns, since they can vary greatly from garment to garment and manufacturer to manufacturer. "Women's S through XL" does not cut it. An S can be 32" to 36", and an XL can be 46" to 50". No one wants to buy a pattern only to discover she/he has to do a great deal of recalculating and alteration through added stitches or re-gaugeing. That can really be a nightmare and can ruin the shape and drape of the garment, especially armhole and neck shaping.

I BOUGHT A E-DESIGN FROM YOUR WEBSITE OF THE CROSS STITCH BUT I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SEE THAT THE ILLUSTRATION IS TOTALLY WRONG THE COLORS DESCRIPTION IS NOT UNDERSTANDABLE LIKE THE COLOR CODE OF ANCHOR IS DIFFERENT AND THE NAME IS DIFFERENT AND EVEN THE LOOK IS ALSO DIFFERENT. SO PLEASE SEND ME THE PROPER DETAILS OF THE COLORS AND DESIGNS. I BOUGHT THIS ONE PATTERN Springtime Stroll.
