Roses Around Victorian Bed Topper

The Victorians began the tradition of protecting a bed's counterpane with a throw to guard it against wear. Roses appear to be stenciled on, while piping adds dimension. This e-pattern was originally published in the June 2011 issue of Quilter's World magazine.
