Felt Elf Ornaments

These felt elf ornaments are fun and simple to make! They are stitched entirely by hand, using a whip stitch around the felt edges and a stem stitch for the mouths. Elves are made from scraps of wool felt (acrylic felt can be used but wool/wool blend felt will be more durable). Enlarge or reduce patterns to make the elves different sizes. Safety eyes are used for sample elves -- other options for the eyes are to make them using embroidery, paint or felt.
