Feel cool and fresh wrapped up in this shawl on the beach, or use it as a blanket at your favorite summer festival! This large square shawl is knit from the center out and features a variety of lace stitch patterns, such as eyelets, diamonds and chevrons. Knit with 1,800 yards of sport-weight yarn (less if you want to omit fringe on the edges) using U.S. size 3/3.25mm DPNs and various lengths of circular needles.
Finished size: 45" x 45"; 51" x 51"(including fringe).
