Ghost, Spider & Pumpkin Treat Bags

The large bag is great for trick or treating, and the small bag will be perfect for parties! To make the bags, fuse interfacing to felt, then cut out the shapes, create the simple face, sew the shapes together, and then make and attach the handle -- easy and fun!
