The 1994 Collector's Series, The Gibson Girl Collection of the Gay 90s, recreates the unique style of the All-American girl portrayed in fashion for the first time.

This style was an image of confidence and independence -- a fashion millions of women wanted to emulate. Billowy sleeves, bloomers, play clothes as they were called and the daring creation of the "hour-glass figure" were the rage of the Gay 90s. Each design is made using size 10 thread and fits an 11 1/2" fashion doll.
